Please allow 5-10 Business Days to process your order before shipping. Our merchandise is made to order and some products are handmade so they will take some time to produce before shipping. 


Where is My Package?

🚨 Note: Once your order has been shipped, we have limited control over the delivery process. However, providing the right information to the shipping carrier can help resolve the issue faster.

  • Click the tracking link to see the latest updates on your shipment.
  • If there haven’t been any recent updates, proceed to the next step.

2. Contact the Shipping Carrier

  • Go to the shipping carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
  • Use your tracking number to file a “Lost Package” or “Delivery Issue” report.
  • Follow their instructions to submit any required details about your package.

3. Allow Time for Investigation

  • Once a report is filed, the carrier will investigate the issue.
  • This process may take a few business days, so check your tracking status regularly.

If your package is still missing after contacting the carrier:

  • We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as best as we can.
